If you are student and if you are hungry but you haven’t a lot of time, money and material I have the solution for you : the croque-monsieur !

It’s a french sandwich really easy to do.

ingredients :

– Bread 

– Ham

– Cheese

– Butter

directions :

The preparation is very simple : you put the butter, ham in the bread then you put the cheese on the bread. after you put the sandwich in the oven for 10 minutes.

you can add ingredients like sauces or eggs.

Spaghetti Bolognese

Today, I offer you an easy recipe of a classic pasta that you can make homemade. I tested it and it’s delicious!

Fast, simple and delicious, you don’t have excuse any more to not cook !

Ingredients :

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 carrot in cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 15,87 ounce  of ground beef
  • 14,1 ounce of crushed tomatoes
  • 14,1 ounce of spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoonful of oil

Directions :

First of all, saute garlic, carrot and onion in oil. After that, add ground beef and tomatoes. Salt, pepper and simmer 2 h blending. Drain them and add them into the sauce. Blend and serve !

Choux pastry filled with cheese

Some students like receive friends to discuss and share a dinner. Here is a perfect starter for that. She is easy and fast, there is just need an oven. Let’s try !

Choux pastry filled with cheese

For 4 people, 20 min preparation, 25 min cooking

Ingredients :

  • 5,3 ounce of flour
  • 2,6 ounce of butter
  • 2,6 ounce of grated cheese
  • 1 cup of water
  • 4 eggs
  • Pinch of salt

Directions :

First of all, preheat oven at 210°C (Thermostat 7). Melt butter with water, salt and make choux pastry. Remove from heat, and let cool. Add flour and mix energetically. Put back the saucepan on the heat and let dry out choux pastry. Remove once again from heat. Incorporate 4 eggs, one by one and mix good with spatula. Add grated cheese. Arrange choux pastry in balls on hotplate. Put in the oven and let 25 min. It’s done !

Breaded chicken with cornflakes

Breaded chicken with cornflakes

For 4 people, 15 min preparation, 10 min cooking

Ingredients :

  • 150 g cornflakes
  • 1 egg
  • 8 chicken pieces
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 300 g salad
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Directions :

Crush cornflakes. Beat the egg in a bowl. Dip chicken pieces into the egg first, then coat with the cornflakes. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil to heat in a skillet and brown the chicken pieces for 5 minutes on each side. Wash and spin the salad, divide it between the plates and drizzle of oil and vinegar. Place the chicken pieces on it and serve.
